Hi g2g,

Just bought a new mp4 player and my computer can't seem to recognize it as a removable disk.

I tried this solution:

Device Manager > Uninstall USB Root Hubs > Restart computer

and then it worked, but when I plugged my mp4 player today, it won't work again. I tried the above solution but it doesn't work anymore.

By the way, when I connect my player to the computer Windows will show a tooltip in my taskbar telling : "Found New Hardware. A problem occurred during hardware installation. Your new hardware might not work properly"

Anyone knows how to solve this? I just had a few songs in my player.. :whistling:

Thanks !

Is your computer equiped with USB2.0? When you look in Device Manager does it say Enhanced USB or USB2.0?
