I added a 10GB hard drive and made a 2GB hard drive my slave drive. The drive names were C, E being the CD ROM and F being the CD Burner. Now the drives are C, D being the slave drive, F the CD ROM and G CD Burner. Don,t under why it shows that drive D & E are together. It shows that E has about 379 MB. How can it tied into the D drive? My main problem is that the CD ROM drive F does not work now. Don,t know to fix this. Need some help. Thanks.

hi
welcome to geekstogo
if you have a drive with two partitions it will show it as one drive making each partition a drive letter whith your cdroms try uninstalling them in your hardware setting then reboot and let windows reinstall them if you have drivers for them make sure to reinstall them too.
