Hi guys need your help. I found a program called System Mechanic professional. Seemed good. Didn't see any bad things about it so downloaded it. Did the scan made the changes, cleaned the registry, cleared system memory and it ran faster, system started up much faster. I then found this article:

In the comments some users are stating that it is a win32 worm. Is this true? If so how do I get rid of it?
