I spent 90 minutes going through Docs and setting, program files, and windows. I opened every folder and checked the properties of many files. The closest I came was a Launch.exe in the Sonic folder. Its properties indicate that it is a Sonic product. I have no reason to think otherwise. I give up. I guess it does no harm, wherever it's located. There's nothing in Services as I have tweaked those many times. Anyway, thanks a lot for your help.
Two separate issues

Hi Cheyenne;
Thank you for the follow-up. No AOL issue not resolved. It's not hurting anything, so I'm letting it go. From Scotland?? That's great. Assuming you're a female, are you married? I'm rich and cute - Hope you have a sense of humor!
