I have this PDF presentation that I want on a DVD, so I can show the presentation on a regular DVD player. Is there a way to do this?

PDF files are not designed for this.

You will either need to scan each separate page in as a separate slide on the DVD (for a manual slideshow effect, bearing in mind that text and pics on a TV screen needs to be a lot bigger than it is on a computer monitor), or make a physical video that plays showing the text/pics and convert that to DVD standards.
