Hi, I'm LokiLani! I'm new, I hope i posted this in the correct place! I am having major problems that I hope someone can please help me with! I will try my best to explain what my problem is the best I can. I had just bought a brand new Dell Dimensions computer this last Christmas! The operating system is Windows XP. It came with McAfee Anti-virus and spam killer, It messed my mail up to where I'm not receiving any, I keep getting this popup that says failed to connect to the incoming server: '127.0.0.1'. The following case (s) may cause this problem, McAfee is not configured correctly with IncrediMail! The thing I don't understand is I turned it off and have been using Windows firewall instead and using AVG anti virus for my mail, I have been trying to uninstall it without any success, I keep getting this,

The installation cannot continue because some components (c:\progra~1\mcafee.com\agent\uninst\mpfrem.UI) are missing, I already tried a system restore with out any luck! Can someone please tell me how I can get this dang thing off of my computer? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thank You,
LokiLani
