Problem started a few weeks ago. I have Microsoft outlook, any e-mails that have a web link or if I double click on anything within my e-mails to go to the internet, I get an E trust EZ Armour screen asking me to install and looking for a registration key. My computer has Norton as its security and I have never had this problem until recently. What can I do and how can I get rid of this problem. Please help!!!!!

Hi, lumarni. Welcome to Geeks to Go!

e Trust EZ Armor appears to belong to CA family. Check Add/Remove Program for CA, Computer Associates, or e Trust. If you didn't install anything from CA, uninstall anything you find.

Is your Norton AV up-to-date? Is the license still current and is the definition date no more than a week old?
