I bought a Dell Inspiron 6400 refurb running XP MCE. All is fine except when trying to view a flash video (executed in a separate window), it crashes my browser, giving me the "unexpected error" message. I thought at first it was just a Firefox issue, but it happens with IE7 and Opera as well. I get an additional error message in Firefox:

Instruction at 0x1001fc0b referenced memory at 0x0141a02c. Memory could not be read.

I have done a clean install of Firefox and Flash Player to no avail. Short of an OS reinstall, is there anything else I can try?
