ati tools dont like my vid card?

i have a nvidia geforce fx5500 256mb pci card. under pc wizard 2007 it says core clock initial is 210 its running at 245mhz (i didnt touch a thing) and the mem is initial 300 is at 265mhz.
i just tried installing ati tools v.27 and opened it and doesnt read anything nore does anything work. in the log file i get this
