Recently i notice when i watch flash files online(youtube, sports and movie clips etc) for a while , the computer screen would suddenly turn into blue and it says dumping physical memory, in addition, it says that if this happens often on the computer then i should change video adapter in the drive.
It's wierd because it never occured before, i really dont no what to do.

It sounds like your memory is filling up. Open your Task Manager while you are doing this and see how much memory is being used as it goes along. Depending on your machine you may need to increase the RAM or video memory, or set more video memory in the BIOS setup.
