I'm resposting my question since I didn't get any replies to it. I have Windows XP home and right after I get onto the internet, it will tell me Action Canceled or Page Cannot be Displayed. I will reboot and it will work fine for about 20 minutes before it gives me the errors again.

I have installed Service Pack 2, Upgraded my IE (but it messed the computer up even worse so I got rid of it), deleted all temp files/cookies etc, and I'm just at a loss.

Anyone have any ideas? It gets really old having to reboot the computer 10 times a day just to get on the internet.

This may be a DNS resolution issue. If so, others have found that using Open DNS has corrected the problem.
