Well my brother and I each have our own computers. Both of these computers have wireless G network cards. Now how can I setup a lan connection in order for us to play each other in like Counter Strike Source, Battlefield 2, and TrackMania Nations???

All you will need is the ip address of the computer that will host the game. All of those games have an option for tcp/ip aka direct connection. One computer will host the game and the other will connect by typing the the ip address of the host computer.
