I am having a couple of problems in Outlook,

Problem 1 - Every time I click TO: in a new e-mail message i get this error, Can't Contact LDAP Directory Server, and when i Click oK, it shows my empty contact list, BUT, if i goto "my contacts" its full of contacts, and i can click on one person and send them a e-mail. any suggestions?

Problem 2 - Outlook 2000, Different Computer. it will no longer allow me to CLICK and DRAG a e-mail from the INBOX to a sub-box, I can right click and MOVE TO FOLDER, and it works. anyone know how to correct this, I have Restarted the Computer. but that didn't seem to help.
