Hard Drive Failed for Dell Laptop, I have the Model Number Of Which I

Hey whats going on.. I recently had a Laptop which its Hard Drive failed, I have the exact Hard Drive Model number but I cant find any website to buy it from

Its

Seagate Model #ST94811A
40 Gig

Its very small, and has a Headphone Jack & Microphone jack.. its not the actually jack but it has a hole to go into the laptop which has the outlet .. Hopefully that made sense :blink:

Please help me out, Iv had problems with this laptop before and I feel Dell over charges on everything..
I need this laptop for school :whistling:

I don't understand your description of the headphone/microphone jacks (???) as they have nothing to do with the hard disk. I can tell you that a new hard disk doesn't have to be the same model or even the same make. Any 2.5-inch hard disk will do the job.

However, if you must have that exact same model, you can buy it online:

What I would do is go to a store that sells computers like Office Depot and ask them if they know were you can get that same exact harddrive. If they don't know then it is time to get a new laptop.
