Hi guys,

Need some help.

I have a work laptop that i need to clear the browsing history. I cant go into "Tools" "options" becuase it is faded out.

Can i delete it any other way? Say, like deleting a file or directory???

Thanks.

Peter.

You could try using the free "Ccleaner" which should delete browsing history even when it's disabled in the browser options. Get it here: http:\\www.ccleaner.com
When installed, make sure the relevant boxes are ticked (also for Firefox under the 'Applications' tab if you use that browser). Then click the "Run Cleaner" button. Then check your web browser's history to make sure it's empty.

HI Pip22,

Being a company laptop, it needs an admin password to install programs. Also need admin pass to uninstall.

Thanks for the suggestion.
