What a great site btw, used it to help rid my computer of nasty malware, appreciate everyone who comments here.

To the question!

I was wondering if it is possible to be running a program in windowed mode, be on 1600x1200 res and have it visible on the program in 1600 res since you are windowed, but have your computer think you are on 1280 res or have it no report one at all to the program you're running?

I know odd question, but couldn't think of a better place to ask since I'm not very good with computers.

Thanks,

dsiii

There is some games that you can play in Windowed mode. I know World of Warcraft has that featured. And I know Half-Life and Counter-Strike has that too.
