HI

Until recently attaching an image to a e-mail was simple. Clicked on e-mail this file, was asked if image was to be reduced (yes or no), new message screen appeared (Outlook Express), address it, ad message, send it.

Now , when I click on e-mail a screen appears indicating I need to sign in at loginnet.passport. It wants a user name and password. I have tried every combination and nothing works.

Why is this (loginnet.passport) required all of a suddem?

Just realized that my provider, Adelphia, has been bought by Comcast - could this be the cause?

Thank you

Hi, WDD.

It's very possible some settings have changed in your email account due to the change-of-hands with your ISP. It would be beneficial to call your ISP Technical department to confirm settings.

That said, are you trying to email using a web-based system, Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, or something else? Please give as much detailed information on the exact steps you're taking to try to email a photo, so we can figure out what's happening.
