I really don't know much about computers, but when I use My laptop or anycomputer, I keep getting the message "Access Denied (policy_denied) your system policy has denied access to the reguested URL". Then it says, "For assistance, contact your network support team". Please help me understand what this means, I can't do anything without this appearing.

Who is your network provider and what sites are you trying to access? Many businesses, schools/colleges and countries block internet access to certain sites when you access the Internet through their network.
