Hi there! I'd really appreciate some help on this - after updating my monitor driver on Miscrosoft Windows Update my system crashed badly, and so I rolled back to the previous driver and all was okay again - except I get this message on my desk top when I start up.

The Procedure entry point ?supportHotKeyDef@CSISEscExt@@QAEKXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library SISApCom.dll

How do I fix this? Thanks a lot if you can assist - cheers!

Have you tried a system restore to the the date before you updated the monitor?

No I haven't because I'm not sure how to - and I've just installed a couple of new programs - incuding IE 7 and a new ISP and I'm afraid if I go back I'll lose them - will I? Thank for helping - U R gr8!

Hi there again - I have figured out how to do a System Restore - thanks for your advice re: that.

Can you just tell me if it will affect the new programs - IE7 and a couple of others - plus my new ISP stuff that I have added since the point where I intend to restore to? Thanks so much - I appreciate your help. Cheers!

It will uninstall the programs you installed after the system resotre date. What do you mean by ISP stuff?
