I had gotten this (foolishly) by trying to get a video codec to view an online vid... i scanned the setup.exe and it was clean but as soon as i installed it i started getting these popups from my toolbar saying i have massive amounts of spyware and that i should buy some of their products.

I have run a norton scan which removed a java updater trojan, and an ad-aware scan that removed a few bad cookies...

I had also booted in safe mode and deleted some remaining bad process exe's and a dll: isamini.exe, isadd.dll, isamntr.exe

I still have this icon in my toolbar which, when clicked, brings up a website for some "spy locked" pogram..

this icon still shows in safe mode
