Hi, xdramaqueenx.

Which pop-up blocker did you disable?

In Internet Explorer, click Tools menu, Internet Options, Privacy tab. Clear the box for "Block Pop-Ups."

Do you have any kind of IE toolbar installed that might have a pop-up blocker built-in, such as Yahoo or Google toolbar? If so, disable or uninstall them.

Please let us know how it goes.
