No sound from webcast using WMP?

Hi there - I like to watch the ASP surfing champs on webcast and have always had both audio and video - but now I get the video but no sound - any ideas? I've tweaked WMP but still no audio.

The webcasts use Windows media Player - I have the latest version and the sound works fine in other functions - just not the webcast. Thanks!
