Hello,
First off I would like to thank you in advance for all your help. This is my first time asking for help here so please be patient as I am no (honorable) Geek.
I have some really confusing Malware that keeps spawning every 20 minutes or so. I have done the following to try to rid this beast but have obviously failed:
I went through all the steps including safe mode, HJT, and am running Spy Doctor, Ad-Aware SE, Registry Mechanic, Spy Sweeper, Spy-Subtract, AVG7, Spybot, Spy Cop, Symantic Norton, TDS-3, CWShredder2, Registry Mechanic, System Mechanic 4, NoAdware as well as 12MFix (I have not run that one), KillBox & Cleanup 3.1.2.

For the past two days I have been at it and can't shake it. Today this morning I started trying again and Spy Doctor showed Dialers, yesterday it was searchmaid. I have gone through the processes so many times I think it's time to get an expert so, I'm all ears and eyes.
Pixcasey:confused:
Thanks Again in advance!

First we'll need you to download the latest version of HiJack This. Click Here to download the latest version (1.99.1). Please save it in a permanent folder (such as C:\HJT). This is to ensure that backups are saved and accessible in the event you should need it.

Make sure you are disconnected from the Internet and that all windows and programs are closed. Run HiJack This and post your new log here.

Let's get this party started! :tazz:

First, I need you to right click on your desktop and go to New > Folder. Name the folder whatever you want. Locate HiJackThis.exe on your desktop, right click on it and go to "cut". Go into the folder you just made, right click, and "paste". This is to ensure backups are saved and accessible.

Make sure you are disconnected from the Internet and that all programs and windows are closed. Run HiJackThis and put a check next to the following items, then click FIX CHECKED:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Ctou] C:\Documents and Settings\Dan\Application Data\aoac.exe

Close HiJack This. Reboot your computer into Safe Mode. You can do this by restarting your computer and continually tapping the F8 key until a menu appears, then highlight "Safe Mode" and hit enter.

Be sure you're able to VIEW HIDDEN FILES

Using Windows Explorer, delete the following file, if found (in bold):

C:\Documents and Settings\Dan\Application Data\aoac.exe

Reboot in normal mode.

Download, install, and run CleanUp!

Then, run this online virus scan:
ActiveScan

Copy the results from Activescan and paste them here along with a new HiJackThis log.

Michelle My Belle,
I did exactly what you said and checked the:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Ctou] C:\Documents and Settings\Dan\Application Data\aoac.exe
However, I could not find the other one:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
I might have already deleted that after making the last post?
Anywho, I ran CleanUp! Then ActiveScan and here are the results.

*Click Here to download Killbox by Option^Explicit.
*Extract the program to your desktop and double-click on its folder, then double-click on Killbox.exe to start the program.
*In the killbox program, select the Delete on Reboot option.
*In the field labeled Full Path of File to Delete enter the items listed below one at a time (exactly as it appears, please double check to make sure! I would just copy each file path and paste it in the field):

C:\WINDOWS\system32\msbb321.dll
C:\Program Files\AIM\Sysfiles\WxBug.EXE

Press the button that looks like a red circle with a white X in it after each one. When it asks if you would like to delete on reboot, press the YES button, when it asks if you want to reboot now, press the NO button. Do this after each one until you have entered the LAST file path I have listed above. After that LAST file path has been entered press the YES button at both prompts so that your computer restarts.
