How do I bind keys in MS-DOS? Like if someone pressed F2 it will bind to a certain script in the file and thenn it will run it.

Not really possible, DOS isn't designed for this.

Did you read the article in the link? It has the instruction included. It is built into DOS 5.0 and later, so there is nothing to install.
