windows xp home you do not have permision to use network resources

Hi I using windows xp home and trying to get into my network places and then I am trying to go to View workgroup computers ans I get windows xp home you do not have permission to use network resources. I am unable to see my computer with my other pc's at home. I have checked the profile and the use profile has administrator rights can you please help my I need to share a printer on my home LAN thanks.

All the computers have to have different names but they have to have the same Workgroup name, and all of them have to have File and Printer Sharing enabled, especially the one with the printer connected. You will need to log in as Administrator to perform these functions.
