my computer is driving me nuts. It creates a loud blowing sound every few minutes I am using it, and even does it when I'm not even on the computer. Its so loud it startles me, and I always have to turn up the volume so I can hear my music over it. I thought it might be due to dust in the back, so I vacuumed it, but that didn't change anything.

Does anyone know how I can make this go away?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you.

We'd pretty much have to guess that something is overheating and causing a fan to start running. Can you set your tower up where you can open the cover quickly when it starts, to see which fan it is? Since overheating can cause serious damage quickly it's important to locate the problem and fix it as soon as possible.
