I am in the final stages of the Vista install on my laptop and cannot enter the product key because my keyboard has stopped working. Any suggestions on how to turn it back on. I have a Toshiba Satellite..

This happened to me once on install. It was related to an error on install, rather than a problem with the keyboard (which I verified by hooking up an old PS2 keyboard that also wouldn't work). You may have to try repair mode.
