trying to get to Yahoo mail

OK...heres the scenario..i have XP and i have 3 different users on my computer, 1 of them being a brand new user account. From this new user account i go to the yahoo page and click on "my mail"...and it says "internet explorer can not display webpage..."...i checked the security tab in internet options and everything seems to be fine. Suggestions????
