hi,

I've been having problems with my laptop where I can't fix anything even if I try to delete it, it somehow copies itself back. also ive noticed that it made itself a users folder also when i'm the one using my laptop. I've tried ad-aware, avg, ewido, ran scans-nothing picks up except when I had done a rootkit hook analyzer--some things showed up but there is no fix in the software for it. I've even reinstalled the OS to have it come back, I guess it's copying itself into it. Please help, I'm not sure what to do anymore--I'm running Vista home premium on a sony vaio.
