When uploading, connections timed-out. What can be wrong?

Problems occur when I am trying to send my friend a file via MSN. Minutes aftere sending, my MSN will just get disconnected and relogin itselfs.

Likewise when I try to upload to online hosting, some case. While uploading halfway, it will get page timed-out.

What can be wrong?

Using DGL4300 router.
