There are now three versions of net framework. I wish to install version 3.0 and I am wondering if I will still need to keep the two previous version on my computer.
Someone told me that I needed to keep the older installs and they used this sight as the reference, but I haven't been able to find the info. I was also told by others that it would do no harm to get rid of the older versions, so who is right?
Thanks for the help.

Some programs require the different versions of .NET Framework to be installed on the PC. No harm in leaving them as is.

I guess that I'll leave things alone.
Good luck on the stop smoking deal.
