When i am on a page and want to contact the advertiser it always opens in outlook xpress though my isp is sympatico.When i do type in a message and click send it acts as it is sending but does not, the computer just makes a lot of racket.I presently have 18 messages in the send box.Question. do you have to register or sign up for outlook express and if i do how do i do it as this is starting to annoy me.Thanks Tom
