Security Center problem

i recently had to repair my Windows XP Pro operating system and now the Security Center service is turned off and will not allow me to enable. any ideas?

Insert XP CD then cancel when loaded, click start then run, type sfc /scannow then press enter to replace missing system files

yes i have installed all the critical updates i am gonna try the sfc /scannow thing and see what happens.

This is another way of seeting the firewall, which thing do you need to change in security center
