the title says it all. i need some help on a small matter. browser boxes opening for a spilt second then closing straight away. please help if you can.

Sorry, but the title doesn't give me enough to go on. Which "Browser boxes?" Which browser? When does the problem occur? When you select the download? When you try to open the saved file? What have you tried so far?
