I was bombarded with virus', adware, and spyware a few days ago. I followed the self-help removal guide to include ATF Cleaner, created a system restore point and flushed old, ran AVG Anti-Spyware, SuperAntiSpyware Home Edition, and Panda Software. I then updated Windows XP Service Pack 1 and ran HiJackThis. The last run detector, Panda Software identified 6 files (4 adware, 1 virus, 1 spyware) still on the system and it only disinfected the virus. I assume the other 5 (and perhaps more) are still present on my system. Additionally, I have McAfee as my virus software.

The attachments I've included have the specifics from the scans. Thanks for your willingness to help!
