Hi

Lately i have been discovering a random file which saves on my computer.

This will only happen generally when i am using word 2000 and typing a word document.

When i save a document for example.. 'my work' into my documents it appears again as '$my work$ but pailer than the original file......i hope that doesnt sound too daft!??

I delete it but when i go to re save or save another document it re appears.

I have followed all the steps you suggest..eg adaware, spybot etc whcih have worked well, but have not taken care of this mystery.

Can anyone help?

Attached is a HJT log, not sure if it will be very enlightning?
