Hello! Firstly, thanks for any and all help, and for taking the time to read this.

At my school, we have an HP Deskjet 932c hooked up to an IBM ThinkPad (P4, XP SP 2). Sometimes, for some random reason, the printer begins printing pages filled with random strings. And it's not just common characters, but also some odd ones like a smiley face, heart etc. I am not sure if it's the printer or the computer, and my teacher is hesitant to move it around if it isn't completey neccesary. This is not the first time it has happened, either. Also, the prints are not completely random; both timesmy teacher had begun printing something, once in IE and once in WordPerfect.

Has anyone had any similair problems? Any ideas?

Thanks a lot,
Michael Boutros

Hi. I suggest uninstalling the printer and then reinstalling with more updated drivers if you have them.
