Hey There
I have an XP computer and it keeps trying to shut down itself when I am using it. I can use it while it is on but everytime I leave it for a while it goes to hibernation and then it starts shutting down itself. I cant understand why. It only started this about a week ago. Any help will be appreciated.

Have you cleaned the inside of your computer of late?
Are all of the fans (CPU, video, case,..) working?
Heat is a big killed of electrical equipment. Dirty computers over heat.
How log have you left it on?
