hello people
someone please help

whenever i connect to the internet i keep getting the same problem, weather it be after a few moments or after a while i get a little message appear in the bottom right corner saying ' Local area connection 2, a network cable unplugged'. sometines it just reconnects its self after a moment but most of the time it just freezes the whole computer and i lose whatever i am working on, cause i have to switch it off as nothing works.

pleaseeeeeeeeee someone help in laymans terms

So it appears to have a LAN connection. Do you use wireless? If you use wireless, and have a chordless phone with no protector on it, it can intercept with the connection.
