Hello,

I hope you can help me. My situation is as follows. I found out about you site the other day. It has taken me 1.5 days to follow the steps in the "You Must Read This Before Posting a Hijackthis Log, but I've finally gotten everything. I am clueless as to what to do with this stuff. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. So here goes.

I have attached the other files that you have requested. I tried copying and pasting everything asked for and I think the file info is too big so it wouldn't upload the data like that. I think I am stuck in a loop - the "Initailizing Attachments" has been running for about 15 minutes.

I have added the Panda ActiveScan file. I hope this helps. I need help with this asap. The system shows that 14 people have looked at my request and no one has replied. Do I need to provide anything else that might help to move my request along?
