I installed a download manager to help me download some Linux DVD ISO files. The download manager wasn't a very good one, and kept closing unexpectedly. I would open it up to retry, and it would start downloading again. The problem is, it seems like each failed attempt took up over 4 gigs of hard drive space, and now I have almost no room left. Is there anything I can do to clean up this wasted space?
