office 2003 install error

When the cd starts it errors up with
Cannot find; DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version File "oledlg.dll", error 126.

This is a brand new Dell that I'm tring to install on..

where did you get the office disk?

it's our in office disk, not sure were it was purchased....

Appears to be an os problem, Had other programs with the same error, Dell has me re-installing the os. What a pain.....
