My Documents is the only thing that loads

When I go a long time without restarting my pc like say a week, and then restart a week later, The only thing that will load up on the startup is mydocuments.

Lie ehres what happens:

I click restart>it loads up to the place where iI login to windows> a black screen comes up, then My Documents comes up, nothing else just that.
So then I did a system restore and it was better, but it did this several times.

What do I do?
