I have to upgrade my graphics card because my program does not work well on the "on-board" card I have. I would like to stay under $100. Any advice?

Thanks...

Depends what sort of computer you got.
Also bear in mind some newer cards do not work under Windows ME, or rather there's no driver support for them under ME.
