I was cleaning out my computer with Norton Antivirus and I think i deleted some important dll files and now the color is back and white and i have this message that always comes up and it tells me that it is missing a dll called winupd.dll. I didn't make any backups and i never made a backup dick for my system. i am running Windows 2000, 4G, 256 Ram. <_<

Try Start -> Run, at the command prompt type SFC /SCANNOW This will scan system files and replace any missing or modified. You may need your 2000 install CD.
