Dear sir

I am experiencing a problem with one user on my network.The computer presently has windows 2000 professional install and also microsoft word 2000.The problem that now exist is everytime the user accesses microsoft word it displays an error message.

Error Message: Winword has generated errors and will be close by windows.

I have tried reinstalling the operating system,renaming the normal.dot file,installing the lastest service pack(Office service pack 3) and installing another version of microsoft windows 2000 (office premium and office 2003) without success.

Therefore I am seeking your help to eliminate the problem that now exist.
