Is Windows Registry Optimizer a program that is recommended to use?

Hi Snickers and welcome to Geeks To Go,

I would NEVER recommend a registry optimizer. A lot of times these programs can not determine what is important and what is not. So you can seriously mess up your registry by allowing a program to decide.
