hi Ive just got a new laptop and have been trying to get window washer to work on it to no avail,downloads ok but when I try to use it get messages like www disp file access denied and cannot open file c program files/webroot/washerplugins/plugins/plugins.mst. any ideas please?

It doesn't look like it supports IE7 or Vista yet.

thanks jacee can you recommended another washer which is similar please? until webroot sort a vista version out.

I'm sorry, I don't know of any that are compatible with Vista at this time... be very careful if you find one on the net, that claims to do what you want. (and also of the 'downloading site')
