Hi I love my vans!
Unfortunately, Vista Home Premium does not support Remote Desktop Connection. You are able to remotely connect to other computers using it, but are not able to have other computers remote into your computer. Vista Business, Enterprise or Ultimate are the versions of Vista that support Remote Desktop Connection.

What!!!!
Thats ridiculous.
Is there any way to change this, it has to be remote desktop, and it has to be Vista Home Premium.

Sorry but that is how Microsoft packaged their Vista OS. Nothing you can do but get Ultimate, Business or Enterprise.
