Ok, I got the blue screen, restarted and got the following as corrupted or missing files:

<windows 2000 root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

and

\WINNT\system32\DRIVERS\pci.sys

I turned everything off for awhile, turned it back on, and it loaded. Later that day, an exact repeat of the above.

If anyone can help, it would be MUCH appreciated.

Thanks!!!

First thing that comes to mind is a possble memory problem. If you have a floppy drive you can put memtest86 on it, boot from it and run is for a few hours and look at the log to see if that is the case.
